All entries must be posted online at pocatellovows.com no later than Wednesday, Feb. 11 . The entries will be judged by pocatellovows.com staff and Lance Buttars of Molinelli's Jewelers in Pocatello. The grand prize winner's entry and photo will be printed in the Valentine's Day edition of the Idaho State Journal and all submitted proposals will be available on-line at pocatellovows.com.
