Six local

singer-songwriters organize Summer Solstice Festival

Ogden, Utah- Start the summer of right with the Summer

Solstice Festival in Huntsville. The

festival combines local food and music with a great atmosphere. Six local singer-songwriters, Dan Williams,

Dave Quakenbush, Danielle Vaughn, Brett Turner, McCall Erickson and Tim Daniels

will showcase their talent.

The musicians will gather

at the famous Rendezvous Lodge in Historic Huntsville. They will be performing original songs from 5:00to 10pmJune 21, 2008. The event

will also be catered by Roosters, and s'mores over a bonfire. Everyone is invited no matter the age.

The six musicians have

been displaying their talent over the past months at different local

events. At each of their events, they

have had great success drawing a large crowd. This is a great chance to support local food and entertainment.

The event is sponsored by

Jeff and Bonnie Hyde, and Kym and Pete Buttschardt of Roosters, and Will van

der Stappen with Advanced Paving and Construction, and Ogden Valley Magazine.
