POCATELLO - A Nampa man was arrested near Fred Meyer on 800 Yellowstone Ave. on Wednesday due to a felony fugitive warrant out of Fairfield, Calif.

Police said Jason Berbower, 22, has a home address in Nampa but was in violation of probation in California. Police contacted Berbower about his warrant a little before 8 p.m. Wednesday.

No further information was available Thursday.
