POCATELLO - Pocatello police have arrested the 31-year-old man accused of leaving the scene of an injury accident Wednesday.

Police said they located Brian Tubbs near a residence at 8575 Craft Road before 1 a.m. Thursday. Police said Tubbs left the accident on foot and was charged for possession of a controlled substance upon his arrest.

An ambulance transported at least one person to Portneuf Medical Center Wednesday. But no further information on the accident or the accident victim's condition was available Thursday.
