POCATELLO - Idaho State University's budget woes have caused a committee to propose dipping into the student activity fund, a move that has Student Body President Matt Spencer concerned.

Idaho Gov. C. L. "Butch" Otter's budget has called for a 10-percent reduction in higher education funding for fiscal year 2010.
