Idaho Sen. Jim Risch argues it's a misnomer to use the term "stimulus bill" to describe the government's latest effort to jump-start a floundering economy. In the freshman Republican's estimation, it's more of a runaway spending bill.

All four members of Idaho's Congressional delegation have come out against the stimulus package.

Both Risch and Sen. Mike Crapo, also R-Idaho, oppose the bill but say they support certain amendments.
