In a low turnout for Franklin County, incumbent Commissioner Richard Westerberg looks likely to go on to a second term after recording 679 votes to David Rallison's 477.

Candidate Scott Workman looks likely to take over Commissioner Dal Von Atkinson's seat after recording 334 votes. Workman's nearest challenger is Rober Swainston, who has so far earned 210 votes.

Nine precincts from Franklin County have reported so far. Forty percent of the 2,475 registered voters in eight of the county's precincts turned out to vote.
