POCATELLO — Want to talk about Southeast Idaho migratory bird hunting with Idaho Fish and Game? Fish and Game will be hosting a public open house today at the Southeast Region office located at 1345 Barton Road in Pocatello. The public is welcome to stop by during the open house to chat with wildlife biologists anytime between 1 and 5 p.m.

Can’t make it to the open house? Not to worry. Proposals for the 2024/2025 migratory bird seasons and rules will be posted on Idaho Fish and Game’s website today. Idaho Fish and Game biologists will be available to speak with the public about these proposals anytime during the comment period which runs from now through March 24. Just give the regional office in Pocatello a call during normal business hours.

Comments regarding the migratory bird proposals can be submitted in person at the open house or online through Fish and Game’s website.

If you have questions, please contact the Idaho Fish and Game Southeast Region office at 208-232-4703.
