A 72-year-old Arimo man died Monday night after losing control of his car on a curve on Mink Creek Road south of Pocatello, according to Idaho State Police.
The crash occurred at 9:51 p.m. at the intersection of Mink Creek Road and Wright Lane.
According to state police, the man was driving a 2017 Genesis G80 sedan southbound on Mink Creek Road when he failed to negotiate a curve and lost control of the vehicle.
The man was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.
The crash remains under investigation.
