NAMPA — The Idaho State Police are currently investigating a two-vehicle fatality crash that occurred at approximately 3:06 p.m. Tuesday on westbound I-84 near Nampa.

A white 2013 Ford F450 Box Truck, driven by a 21-year-old-male from Nampa, with one adult male passenger, was westbound on I-84 when it was rear-ended by a black 2007 GMC Sierra, driven by a 31-year-old male of Meridian with juvenile passengers.

Occupants of the Ford were uninjured.

One juvenile succumbed to their injuries on scene.

Three occupants of the GMC were transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.

The westbound lanes were blocked for approximately 3 hours.

The Idaho State Police were assisted by Ada County Sherrif’s Office, Canyon County Paramedics, Nampa Fire Department and Idaho Transportation Department.

This crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
