Former BYU standout Taysom Hill of the New Orleans Saints will have a meet-and-greet with customers at the Walmart in Rexburg on Thursday.

Customers will have the opportunity to meet Hill and take photos during this special in-store appearance.

The event is being held in collaboration with Old Spice to celebrate football fans and the community. It will take place from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the Walmart Garden Center within the Rexburg Walmart Supercenter at 1450 N. 2nd E.

Hill, 35, will be available for photos with customers only.

Hill grew up in Pocatello, attended Highland High and signed with the Green Bay Packers in 2017 as an undrafted free agent.

The start of the new NFL year on March 11 meant that Hill officially hit the open market as an unrestricted free agent. It’s the first time in his nine-year tenure with New Orleans that he has been unsigned at the start of free agency.

Hill, who has been the Swiss Army Knife of the Saints’ offense for nearly a decade, experienced a decline in production in 2025, his first year under head coach Kellen Moore’s offensive scheme. Hill tallied a career-low 114 rushing yards and had fewer than 100 receiving yards for the first time since 2022.
