D.L. Evans Bank supports local communities through its Employee Directed Donation Initiative.

Danna Beckman, D.L. Evans Bank VP branch manager in Rigby, recently presented a $3,675 check donation to Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership as part of this year’s initiative.

Alicia Mangum, D.L. Evans Bank retail branch manager in South Pocatello, helped present a $3,150 check donation to Bannock Youth Foundation in Pocatello.

The Rigby branch nominated EICAP to receive the donation. EICAP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Idaho Falls that helps individuals and families across Eastern Idaho overcome challenges through support, resources and education.

EICAP programs include early childhood education, family services, food and energy assistance, senior support, weatherization and housing services.

Mangum nominated the Bannock Youth Foundation to receive a donation. Bannock House is a licensed qualified residential treatment program that provides a safe, structured environment for youth ages 12–18 facing challenges such as trauma, substance abuse, behavioral issues and mental health concerns. Their facility offers residential treatment, emergency shelter, counseling, life skills training, educational support, and free community counseling services.

The bank allocates thousands of dollars annually to nonprofits across Idaho and Utah, often allowing its local employees to directly nominate and support the causes they care about most.

Staff members nominate local nonprofit organizations to receive a direct contribution, plus an additional 5 percent bonus added on in the name of the nominating employee.
