MALAD — A Preston man died Wednesday afternoon after losing control of his motorcycle on a rural road just north of Malad, authorities said.
Oneida County Coroner Brad Horsely identified the victim as Korry Wheeler Brush, 54.
Idaho State Police said Brush was riding a 2015 Harley-Davidson FLTRX northbound on Deep Creek Road near 110 West at approximately 1:20 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway and crashed. He died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
