It's looking like it might have been a bad idea to put the nation's healthcare in the hands of a man who has publicly stated that he doesn't believe in germs.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, under Secretary Kennedy, has stopped monitoring foodborne illness, resulting in the current spread of the "explosive diarrhea" parasite.

Kennedy's entire tenure has been, "I don't have the intellectual ability to understand why this is important, so let's get rid of it." I just hope the senators who so enthusiastically confirmed him are eating their greens.
