Logan Henderson allowed one run in seven innings, Jake Bauers had four hits and two RBIs, and the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-2 to take three of four in the matchup of division leaders. Henderson (7-2) struck out six while giving up three hits and one walk in the longest outing of his two-year MLB career. Bauers put the Brewers in front 2-1 in the fifth inning with an RBI single and made it 3-1 in the seventh with a double. Max Muncy and Andy Pages hit homers for the Dodgers and Tarik Skubal (7-7) took the loss.

Jacob Misiorowski gave up five hits and one run in six innings, Joey Ortiz and William Contreras hit two-run homers, and the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-1 in a battle of division leaders. Misiorowski struck out five and gave up one walk to improve to 12-5. Ortiz put the Brewers ahead with a 373-foot homer to left in the second. Shohei Ohtani cut the Dodgers’ deficit to 2-1 in the third with a two-out triple. Contreras made it 4-1 in the fourth by jumping on a cutter for his 12th shot of the season.
