BOZEMAN — The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a woman was severely burned from reportedly being pushed into a bonfire recently at a Four Corners home.

The 47-year-old woman said she had been pushed into a fire at an Azure Road home.

The woman was taken to Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital with severe burns, said Undersheriff Dan Springer.

Springer said there were at least four other people present and the sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate.

No one has been charged or arrested in connection with the incident. Alcohol appears to be involved, Springer said.

“We’re still trying to figure out exactly what went on,” he said.
