MGM Association Management announced that it is expanding service into southern Idaho with the addition of Earl Benton as business development manager.

“We’re excited to bring in someone who has the wide range of experience that Earl has. We believe he will enhance MGM Association Management’s overall goal to partner with Southeastern Idaho’s homeowner associations. He’ll provide the necessary leadership to help HOA administration govern,”  owner and President Mike Madson. “As Earl lives in Idaho Falls, he will be locally accessible to all southeastern HOAs in need of full-service management.”

Earl comes to MGM Association Management with over 20 years of customer service and professional association management experience. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations that includes HOAs and condominiums (some 55-plus communities). His customer service experience allows for the ability to serve as a liaison between the homeowner and the board of directors. His experience is essential to guiding today’s association leadership through the challenging work of association administration. Earl’s previous experience as a business owner brings the financial experience needed for budgeting and reserve fund development/implementation.

MGM Association Management, the largest management firm in Idaho, offers HOA management solutions — from self-managed to full-service. To learn more, call 208-846-9189 or go to www.gomgm.com.
