Two Highland volleyball players earned honorable mention all-conference honors. The 5A District 5-6 all-conference teams were announced Thursday.
Highland’s Paige Rasmussen earned honorable mention at libero, and teammate Mackenna Thayne was an honorable mention outside hitter.
The league’s player of the year was Madison’s Alexis Garner. Madison coach Meranda Maestas was named the league’s coach of the year.
