Century did what it has done for much of its existence — dominate Southeast Idaho – but with even more zeal.
On top of winning their 18th district title in 19 seasons, the Diamondbacks had an unbeaten record until the 4A state tournament.
Leading the way was Century coach Jamshid Roomiany, who has been a part of all of the Diamondbacks’ success and is the 2017 Idaho State Journal All-Area Girls Soccer Coach of the Year.
