Officials say three people were killed and four more were injured when an argument turned into gunfire at an after-hours strip club in Detroit. Detroit Police Chief Todd Bettison tells reporters that officers responding to the Sunday morning shooting on a largely residential street found three men who had been fatally shot. Four more people – two men and two women – were taken in private cars to area hospitals. Bettison says all the victims are thought to be in their 20s and 30s.

Hurricane Nolo is moving away from the Hawaiian Islands but the threat of heavy rain, flash floods and strong winds persists. Nolo was about 365 miles south-southwest of Honolulu on Sunday and moving away from the Big Island. Nolo’s top sustained winds have rise to 115 mph. Hawaiians are still recovering from recent hurricanes Lala and Lowell. Meanwhile, parts of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula braced for the arrival of major Hurricane Polo as it edged closer to the coast with maximum sustained winds of 125 mph. Forecasters said Polo was expected to make landfall in Mexico on Monday.
A powerful nor’easter is pummeling the shoreline in the eastern U.S. for a second day. The storm has caused another round of flooding in low-lying areas in New Jersey and New York City and knocked out power to tens of thousands of homes into New England. The slow-moving storm is expected to linger through Sunday with heavy rain, strong winds and dangerous surf. One death has been linked to the storm. A New York City housing authority worker was killed when a tree fell Saturday. The storm has disrupted travel up and down the coast, canceling and delaying flights again on Sunday in Boston and New York.

President Donald Trump is back at the Presidents Cup for the second time. It's the fourth time this year for Trump to be at a golf tournament. He says the PGA Tour was nice enough to name him honorary chairman. It's a traditional role offered to every head of state in the country hosting the golf tournament. Trump attended the Presidents Cup at Liberty National in New Jersey in 2017 during his first term. He showed up at the end for the trophy presentation. This time he'll be on the first tee for the start of all 12 matches.
