IDAHO FALLS — Organizers are inviting the community to a "No Kings" rally in Idaho Falls on Saturday, March 28, expecting a strong turnout.
The event begins at 11 a.m. at the Greenbelt stage near the Riverside Drive and Memorial Drive roundabout. Local punk bands No No Square and Outlaw Stiffs will perform and speakers will include local veterans, political candidates and event organizers. Food vendors will also be on hand.
At 12:30 p.m., attendees will march to the nearby Broadway Bridge for a protest against the Trump administration's War on Iran, immigration enforcement policies and other attacks on democracy. The protest is expected to continue until around 2 p.m.
Organizers are hoping the turnout will surpass the 1,400 people who attended an Oct. 18, 2025, "No Kings" protest in Idaho Falls. Several similar events held in the city in recent months have drawn crowds consistently in the hundreds.
The March 28 rally is being organized by local citizens.
