BURLEY — D.L. Evans Bank, the leading Idaho-based community bank, has entered into an agreement to acquire First Interstate Bank’s Ketchum branch. This strategic move underscores D.L. Evans Bank’s commitment to bolstering its footprint in Idaho’s vibrant communities.
The acquisition includes First Interstate Bank’s Ketchum branch deposit accounts including checking, savings, certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts as well as safe deposit box relationships.

Upon completion of the transaction, slated for August, deposit customers of First Interstate Bank’s Ketchum branch will seamlessly migrate to D.L. Evans Bank, enjoying the same high level of customer service as they did with First Interstate. As part of this transition, D.L. Evans Bank’s current Ketchum branch, situated at 680 Sun Valley Road, Suite No. 101, will relocate to the premises of the current First Interstate Bank Ketchum branch, located at 491 N. Main St., Suite No. 101. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions. Following regulatory approval, deposit customers of First Interstate Bank’s Ketchum branch will be contacted with detailed information about the transition and D.L. Evans Bank’s services.
With over two decades of service to the Wood River Valley communities, including branches in Ketchum, Hailey, and Bellevue, D.L. Evans Bank has solidified its position as a trusted financial partner.
