Local swimming star transfers
Highland graduate and local swimming standout Hannah Ross has transferred to Arizona after Washington eliminated its swimming program at the end of the school year.

Ross just completed an outstanding freshman season at Washington, helping the Huskies finish 15th -- their second-best finish in program history -- at the NCAA championships in March.

Razorbacks sweep pair in Boise
BOISE -- The Single-A Pocatello Razorbacks swept a pair of games at the Boise Firecracker Tournament on Thursday.

The Razorbacks first defeated Columbia 8-0 and followed up with a 10-5 victory over the Boies Seminoles.
