Idaho State Police are investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred Monday, October 2, 2023, at 7:54 a.m. on US Highway 95 at milepost 101 south of Midvale in Washington County.

A silver Dodge Caravan, driven by a 47-year-old male from Nampa, and a male passenger, was traveling northbound on US95. A blue Dodge Caravan, driven by a 51-year-old female from Midvale, and a 23-year-old male passenger from Logan, Utah, was traveling southbound.

The silver Dodge crossed left of center and collided with the blue Dodge head-on.

The driver and passenger of the silver Dodge were transported via air ambulance to a local hospital, where the passenger succumbed to his injuries. The driver and passenger of the blue Dodge were transported via ground ambulance to a local hospital.

All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

All lanes were blocked for approximately 3 hours and 18 minutes.

This incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
