Hadlie Henderson (Blackfoot) – College of Southern Idaho

Blackfoot High School graduate Hadlie Henderson was named Scenic West Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week on March 25 for her performances on the College of Southern Idaho softball team.

The sophomore went 2-0 in a three-game homestand against Colorado Northwestern. She allowed two earned runs and 11 hits, while tallying four strikeouts in her 10 innings pitched in the aforementioned five-inning victories.

Henderson is 8-3 this season with a 5.27 ERA.

CSI (21-13, 14-6) hosts Treasure Valley on Wednesday.

Pacen Hayes (Blackfoot) – Utah Valley University

Blackfoot High School graduate Pacen Hayes is coming off his most prolific stretch of the season with the Utah Valley baseball team.

The sophomore first baseman had six RBIs, three hits, three homers and three runs combined in his last two games, which were home losses against Grand Canyon on March 30-31.

Hayes is batting .170 this season with nine RBIs, eight hits and five runs.

Utah Valley (5-22, 2-4 Western Athletic Conference) plays Friday-Sunday at Northern Colorado.

Rian Rawlings (Century) – Westminster College

Century High School graduate Rian Rawlings finished her junior year with the Westminster College women’s basketball team.

The guard’s season ended in the first round of the NCAA Division II tournament, where her team lost 76-61 to Angelo State on March 15 in Canyon, Texas.

Rawlings averaged 2.3 points and 1.9 rebounds in 16.9 minutes per game.

Westminster finished the season 21-9.
