Morgan Hall (Preston) – Utah State University Eastern

Preston High School graduate Morgan Hall signed her National Letter of Intent on Saturday to play for the Idaho State women’s soccer team.

The forward finished her sophomore season at Utah State Eastern with a team-leading eight goals, while adding two assists for a team-high 18 points.

Hall finished with 10 goals and nine assists for 29 points over her USU Eastern career.

Payton Fehringer (Highland) – Grand Canyon University

Highland High School graduate Payton Fehringer found her groove in her last golf meet for the Grand Canyon women's golf team.

The freshman led her team with a three-round score of 227, good for a tie for 22nd place in the two-day Wildcat Invitational on March 11-12 in Tucson, Arizona.

Grand Canyon finished 15th with a three-round score of 934.

GCU golfs Thursday-Saturday at the Hawkeye-EL Tigre Invitational in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Maren Herrud (Highland) – Eastern Oregon University

Highland High School graduate Maren Herrud concluded her college basketball career this month for the Eastern Oregon women's basketball team.

Eastern Oregon’s season ended in the second round of the NAIA Division II tournament, losing 61-57 to Indiana Tech on March 8 in Sioux City, Iowa. Herrud tallied 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting in her final game.

Her 44.8 career 3-point percentage at Eastern Oregon is second in the team record book.

EOU finished the season 29-4.
