The seeds (conference record): 1. Madison (6-0), 2. Highland (4-2), 3. Thunder Ridge (1-4-1), 4. Rigby (0-5-1).

Breakdown: Highland had no trouble with Thunder Ridge and Rigby during the season, but was stifled by Madison, which outscored the Rams 11-3 in two meetings. Highland (9-5-1) enters the postseason hot, winning its last three games by a total score of 17-1.

Breakdown: Though Highland only has two conference wins, the Rams were a tough out. The beat No. 2 Madison on Sept. 5 and split two meetings with No. 3 Rigby. Highland (5-7-2) lost the coin-flip tiebreaker for the No. 3 seed with Rigby, meaning the Rams get top-seeded Thunder Ridge in the first round. Thunder Ridge beat the Rams by a combined score of 6-1 in two games.
