CHUBBUCK — Authorities recently cited two men for leaving the scene of an accident in separate, but similar incidents that occurred in Chubbuck on Thursday.
No injuries were reported in either crash.
The first incident took place in the area of Burley Drive around 8 p.m.
Chubbuck police say the driver struck a fence and then allegedly left the scene.
They later located Fort Hall resident Jerel Tillman, 26, and cited him with failure to remain at the scene of a property damage accident for the incident.
Police also cited a 33-year-old Chubbuck man Jarom Blackburn for reckless driving and leaving the scene of a damage accident that occurred in the area of Burley and Linden around 10 p.m. that same day.
Blackburn was reportedly involved in a verbal dispute with someone outside of the vehicle. While trying to catch up to that person, he drove his vehicle into a curb and through a fence, police said.
