POCATELLO — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a local man who was last seen in February.
According to the Pocatello Police Department, 23-year-old Austin Forrest Pevo was last seen on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation on Feb. 3. At the time, police said he was living with family in Pocatello.
The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes’ Facebook page put out a notice on April 18 advising people to contact the Pocatello Police Department at 208-234-6100 if they have any information on his whereabouts.
According to the Idaho State Police, Pevo has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 183 pounds. He has a tattoo on his right arm and a scar on his left arm.
“The Tribes pray for this young man’s safe return home and his family,” read the notice issued by the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes.
