A 22-year-old Pocatello man is facing drug charges in Bannock County.
Guyal Tendoy has been charged with a felony for alleged possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver as well as a misdemeanor for using drug paraphernalia or possessing it with the intent to use it, according to Bannock County Magistrate Court records.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31.
Chubbuck police say they had information about some individuals who were allegedly planning to sell narcotics, and officers were able to make contact with those individuals.
