Jake Barron and Zachary Spain teamed to win the championship flight of the First Choice Insurance 54-hole Shootout on June 7-8 at Juniper Hills Country Club and Highland and Riverside golf courses.

One round of the three-round tournament was best ball, one was chapman and the other was a scramble.

Barron and Spain won the title with a three-round score of 188. Jeff Brummer and Ryan Robinson won the first flight with a 206, Andy Kordopatis and Alan Sluder won the second flight with a 194, while Magic Smith and Merle Smith claimed the third flight with a 198.

Rick Fellows aced the 13th hole at Riverside from 125 yards out. Chris Karlsson’s hole in one came from 90 yards out on the 12th hole at Juniper Hills.
