POCATELLO — On Monday, the Senior Activity Center will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. No lunch served.
On Tuesday, the center will host a breakfast fundraiser from 7:15 to 9:30 a.m., bridge at 9 a.m., Southeast Idaho Council of Governments Community Outreach Specialist, Angelyn Norgaard, will speak at noon about how to recognize and avoid senior scams, Fit n’ Fall at 11 a.m., lunch at noon, pinochle and movie of the month “The Man from Snowy River” at 1 p.m. and TOPS (weight loss) is at 5 p.m.
On Wednesday, at the center, Zumba is 8:30 a.m. Join us for lunch and come early and hear New Knowledge Adventures Trio at 11:30 a.m., Hand and Foot and free ballroom dance lesson at 1 p.m.
On Thursday, the center will host Silver Chords at 9:30 a.m., Fit n’ Fall 11:30 a.m., then pinochle at 1 p.m., line dance lessons at 2 p.m. and karaoke at 7 p.m.
On Friday, the center will host Zumba at 8:30 a.m., lunch at noon, creative writing at 1 p.m., Jackpot Bingo at 1 p.m. and a Friday night dance at 7:30 p.m., featuring DJ Steve Riley.
On Saturday, the center will host a dance hosted by DJ John Jones starting at 7:30 p.m. Please join us for our 18th Annual Senior Activity Center Charity Golf Benefit on Saturday at Riverside Golf Course. Registration is $30.
