POCATELLO — The Idaho State University physics program and the Pine Ridge Mall invite the public to join them at the mall’s food court on Saturday for liquid nitrogen ice cream and “phrozen physics” demonstrations from 11 a.m. to noon.

This event is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by Norco, the Pine Ridge Mall and ISU.

There will be physics demonstrations and hands-on science exhibits featuring liquid nitrogen, the boiling green-water sucker, CO2 balloons and a plasma tube. There will be free ice cream for kids made in minutes with the help of liquid nitrogen. The public is invited to enjoy science fun for the whole family.
