POCATELLO — Business leaders from the Pocatello-Chubbuck community and Pocatello City Councilman Jim Johnston recently gathered at Idaho Power’s Benton Street offices to present an investment check of $6,000 from Idaho Power to Bannock Development Corp.
Several board members of Bannock Development Corporation were in attendance to receive the contribution.
“The Bannock Development Corp. Board of Directors thanks Idaho Power for their investment. We appreciate the support of Idaho Power for our job attraction and related capacity building efforts. Idaho Power’s investment will fund economic development programs in Bannock County and adjacent areas, said Brandon Lance, district manager at Intermountain Gas and chairman of the board at Bannock Development. "Idaho Power is a great asset to our community and state.”
