The Land Use & Development Commission of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, with respect to the following item: An application for a change in land use district from Agriculture ( A) to Dense Residential ( R-4) on approximately 2.97 acres of land. The subject property is in the NW Y. of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at the northeast corner of Philbin Road and Sawtooth Street, Chubbuck. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Mixed Use. It plans to make a recommendation on the issue.
