Those looking for a little terror this Halloween season can check out two events opening soon in Bingham County.
The Theatre of the Lost Souls will take place at the Virginia Theater in Shelley, Oct. 4, 5, 11, 12, and Oct. 16 through Nov. 2. The haunted attraction, which includes some climbing and crawling, costs $9 per person; it isn’t recommended for children under 10, according to the event’s website.
The Theatre of the Lost Souls will be open on weeknights from 7-9:30 p.m., and on weekends from 7-11 p.m., with some extended hours closer to Halloween, according to the website.
Special after hours events at the theater, which is rumored to be haunted, will take place Oct. 18 and 19 at 11:30 p.m., Oct. 25 and 26 at 12:30 a.m., and Oct. 31 at 11 p.m., according to the website. The Grandstand of Terror spook alley will take place at the Eastern Idaho State Fair grounds Oct. 10-31, excepting Sundays. That event costs $10 per person and will be open from 7:30-9:30 p.m. on weekdays, and from 7:30-11 p.m. on weekends.
